Johnny A. Ventura-Founder CEO
For the past 23 years and counting, Johnny has been an educator in not- for-profit agencies and New York City Public schools. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Africana Studies from Binghamton University, a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling with an advanced certificate in Family Therapy from Mercy College, and a Master of Education in School Building Leadership from Bank Street College.
At the heart of everything he does—whether creating inspiring content, writing compelling stories, educating young people and others on various topics—is a deep desire to help others realize their own potential.
Joseph Guzman- Chief of Operations
For the past 25 years, Joseph has had the privilege of serving New York City students as both a teacher and an administrator. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Hunter College, a Master of Science in Education from Pace University, an MBA from Dowling College, and a School Administrator & Supervisor (SAS) Certification from Baruch College.
Throughout his career, he's been guided by the belief that true education forms the whole person — academically, personally, and spiritually. Joseph understands firsthand the transformative power of education in shaping lives and opening doors. His personal journey — navigating adversity, overcoming systemic challenges, and pursuing higher education — has instilled in him a profound sense of responsibility to help others do the same.
